Arrival

Bus stop
The bus stop Triesen, Säga is about 7 minutes’ walk from the campsite. Walk to the main road (from where you have travelled), then you will see the bus stop on the left-hand side directly on the main road. You can find the timetable on https://www.sbb.ch/de or posted at the bus stop.
Bus tickets
Bus tickets can be purchased and paid for directly from the bus driver. You can pay by card, Euros or Swiss francs.
Brochures
At the reception you will find free brochures with hikes, bike tours, experiences, panoramic maps etc. Our staff will also be happy to give you tips for your leisure activities in the surrounding area. At www.tourismus.li you will find further brochures and numerous tips for holidays in Liechtenstein.
Bread service / Bread
In the high season (June - early September) you can order fresh bread daily the evening before until 6.00 pm for the next morning. The bread is paid for at the reception when you collect it.
Bed linen and towels
In the guest house, bed linen and towels are included in the price. In the bungalows, only bed linen is included.
Breakfast service and times
You can pre-order bread for the next day. From June to September there is a daily list at the reception where you can enter your name. Bread can be ordered until 6 pm the evening before. The bread can be collected and paid for in the morning during reception and shop opening hours (from 8.15 am) or added to the bill.
In addition to the bread, a breakfast basket can also be ordered. This contains two pieces of bread of your choice per person, butter, jam, coffee or tea and accessories. Other products are available depending on the season.
Hire bicycles
Bicycles can be hired at numerous bus stops in Liechtenstein. More information: https://liemobil.li/de/liebike

Barbecue / BBQ
We have a covered barbecue area on the premises. This is located to the left of the outdoor pool and may be used by all guests. The barbecue master is responsible for providing firewood or charcoal. Charcoal is offered for sale in the camping shop. The barbecue area must be left clean. Barbecuing with charcoal, gas or open fire on the pitch is permitted, provided the meadow is protected from burning and the weather permits. Fires are prohibited during long periods of dry weather. Please ask the reception staff.
Barrier
The barrier is operated by the reception team. In high season the barrier is closed and will be opened for arriving guests if necessary. It is not possible to enter and exit from 10:00 pm - 07:00 am.
Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before your arrival in the low season and up to 10 days (by 6 pm) in the high season. If you cancel after this time, we will charge a cancellation fee in the amount of the original travel price. The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. You can find more information on this in the General Terms and Conditions.
Car park
If you would like to get a parking space on the premises, you should definitively book your car when you make your reservation. Only then will you be entitled to park your car in the car park (if possible) or on the grounds. In high summer, parking spaces are sometimes scarce. The car park costs CHF 5.00 per night.
Criticism
Are you dissatisfied with a service, your pitch or something else? The reception staff will be happy to receive your criticism - both positive and negative - in person. We can only improve things and contribute to your satisfaction if we know what you are not happy with. We are therefore very happy to receive feedback (preferably in person and before your departure) and always endeavor to make your stay a positive experience. After all, we would love to welcome you back again.

Changing money
The nearest cash machine from the campsite is in Balzers. Drive to the main road and turn left towards Balzers. On the left-hand side you will see a building called Roxy Markt. There is a cash machine at the entrance. You can change money at the post office in the same building.
Chemical toilet
The chemical toilets can be emptied in the lower sanitary facility, provided you have the appropriate chemical agent in the tank. Chemicals can be purchased in the camping shop.
Common room
You will find a lounge with seating and a TV right next to the reception. There you will also find a small selection of books for adults and children as well as various toys for children. Opposite the reception there is an open, covered seating area with a TV.

Check in for pitches is possible from 2:00 - 6:00 pm.
Check out for pitches is possible from 8.00 - 11.30 am.
Check in for rental properties is possible from 3.00 - 6.00 pm.
Check out for rental properties is possible from 8.00 - 10.00 am.
All other times are only permitted by prior arrangement with the reception. The reception stuff reserves the right to give the pitch to other guests after 6 pm if it has not been informed of a late arrival by 6 pm. If the pitch or the rental property is not vacated on time, an additional night may be charged.
Drinking water
There are fountains throughout the site where water can be obtained. Every well on the entire site has drinking water. The water is of the best quality. The water in the sanitary facilities is also exclusively drinking water.
Departure
Check out / departure for pitches is possible from 8.00 - 11.30 am.
Check out / departure for rental properties is possible from 8.00 - 10.00 am.

When making an emergency call, state who you are and that you are currently staying at the Mittagsspitze campsite, Sägastrasse 29, 9495 Triesen. Tell the emergency call center that you are waiting at the entrance to the campsite, in front of the reception. The camping site is very winding and especially at night it is not easy to drive off without instructions.
Camping emergency number
Do you have an urgent matter that can't wait until reception opens? This includes a lost room key, an accident or mishap on the site or any other urgent emergency where you absolutely need our help. Then call us on the mobile telephone number 0041 77 539 87 11.
Please do not call this number in the evening or at night because of an unsuitable power adapter or because you have forgotten to put in an order for bread. The number is for emergencies only. Thank you for your respect and understanding that staff sometimes need a breather and a good night's sleep.
General terms and conditions
When a guest books a pitch or rental property, the General Terms and Conditions automatically come into force. You will receive these by e-mail or on request directly at reception. The GTCs are binding.
Grey water
We have a drain for grey water on our site. This is located on the left-hand side next to the reception, directly in front of the large wooden building. Please ask the reception staff.
Groups
Travelling with a larger group is possible on request. Reception will be happy to help you and make you a personalized offer.

Length of stay
A booking is binding. The length of stay is calculated according to the number of nights booked.
If you are unsure about the length of your stay, we recommend that you book the safe number of nights and extend your stay if you wish to stay longer.
A spontaneous extension is possible if there is no reservation on the pitch.
A shortening of a bindingly booked stay is possible, but the pitch will be charged according to the number of nights booked. There are no refunds for unused nights. In principle, no money will be refunded if the length of stay is changed.

Lunch break
The lunch break is from 12.00 to 2.00 o'clock. Driving is prohibited on the site during this time.
For this reason, the car park cannot be occupied over lunchtime. Please park your vehicle outside the Arial if you arrive at this time.
Night rest
The night rest is from 110.00 pm - 07.00 am. Driving on the site is prohibited during this time. The barrier remains closed during the summer season.
Payment
You can pay the bill for pitches, rental properties and products on site using all major credit and debit cards, Swiss francs and euros (at the daily exchange rate).
The official currency in Liechtenstein is the Swiss franc.
Pets
Dogs and cats are welcome on the pitches at our campsite.
Pets are not allowed in the rental properties without exception.
Please note that dogs must be kept on a lead throughout the campsite. A hygiene kit for cleaning up dog faeces must be carried. Dogs are not allowed in the sanitary facilities, the camping shop or the swimming pool. Numerous beautiful walks start directly from the campsite. There are also numerous streams and small lakes where dogs can cool off.
Pitch requests
We are happy to fulfil pitch requests if possible. To ensure that we can fulfil your request, please let us know at the time of booking.
Playgrounds
The playgrounds on the campsite can be used by all campsite guests. We ask you not to leave small children unattended on the playground.
The Robinson playground is located in the immediate vicinity (15 minutes' walk). A great adventure playground with barbecue areas and Kneipp facilities at the edge of the forest.
The Blumenau sports and leisure center is located in the village of Triesen (approx. 3.5 km away). A great place with lots of play equipment, bouldering wall, climbing equipment, slides, sandpit, football pitches, pump tracks and much more. There is also a seasonal kiosk selling drinks and snacks.
Power adapter / electricity at the pitch
We have Swiss sockets at the pitches. You can hire or buy a Swiss/Euro travel adapter from reception for a fee. These can only be borrowed in summer during the high season. In the rest of the season, you must buy a plug or bring your own.
CEE adapters do not work with our sockets. You can extend your CEE adapter with a Euro cable (end Euro connection / Schuko) and plug a Swiss / Euro travel plug into the end so that you can plug into our sockets.

Restaurant zur Alten Eiche
The gourmet restaurant on the campsite. The food is delicious, the dishes are in the high price segment. Closed on Monday and Tuesday. Open until 6pm on Sundays. https://alteeiche.li
L'Osteria Adler
Italian cuisine and pizza, child friendly. The restaurant is located on the main road in Triesen. Drive down to the main road and turn right towards Triesen. In the center of the village you will see the restaurant on the right-hand side. 4 minutes by car, 35 minutes on foot. Schäfle
Local cuisine, child friendly. The restaurant is located directly on the main road in Triesen. Drive down to the main road and turn right towards Triesen. Höfle
Local cuisine, child-friendly. This restaurant is in Balzers, directly on the main road. Drive down to the main road and turn left towards Balzers. At the crossroads (Maienfeld, Sargans) turn left towards Maienfeld. Drive straight to the restaurant, which is on the left-hand side of the road. 5 minutes by car, 40 minutes on foot. Restaurant das Riet
Local cuisine, child-friendly with play corner. This restaurant is in Balzers, directly on the main road. Drive down to the main road and turn left towards Balzers. At the crossroads (Maienfeld, Sargans) turn left towards Maienfeld and follow the road to the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit and drive directly to the restaurant, which is on the left-hand side of the road.

Reception opening hour
The opening hours are adjusted according to the season and the number of guests. In principle, the following reception and shop hours apply.
In the low season daily from 8.15 to 10.00 am and from 3.00 to 6.00 pm
In June to August daily from 8.00 to 11.30 am and from 2.00 to 6.00 pm
During the school summer holidays, reception and the shop remain open until 7.00 pm.
In winter (November to March) there are no opening hours for reception and the shop. See the document Winter camping for more information.
Service for motorhomes
There is a station for wastewater (grey water) and fresh water on the site. This is located opposite the reception. Please ask our reception staff.
Swimming pool
The outdoor pool and the children's paddling pool are open daily from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm during the main summer season. The main season starts in the 2nd week of June and lasts until the end of August. In the event of long periods of bad weather, the operator reserves the right to open the swimming pool later and/or close it earlier.
The swimming pool is freely accessible to all guests who have occupied a pitch or a rental property. Visitors (applies only to visitors of camping guests) may use the swimming pool for a fee. The ticket can be purchased at reception.
The nearest indoor swimming pools are located in the village of Triesen and Balzers, both approx. 3 km from the campsite. The indoor pools are open all year round.
A 15-minute drive from the campsite is the Tamina Therme thermal baths with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna area, wellness facilities etc. The Tamina Therme in Bad Ragaz (CH) is open to visitors aged 6 and over and is a great experience for young and old.
Other outdoor pools with slides, play equipment and kiosks are located in Vaduz and Gamprin. In Vaduz there is the Mühleholz outdoor pool, in Gamprin the Grossabünt leisure center with bathing lake.
Shopping facilities
Camping shop
Here you will find a small selection of everyday products and useful camping accessories.
Roxy Markt in Balzers Drive to the main road and turn left towards Balzers. At the entrance to the village, you will see a large brown building on the left-hand side labelled "Roxy Markt". If you are travelling by bike or on foot, head towards Hauptstrasse. Turn left at the first crossroads with signposts. A dirt track follows in the direction of Balzers. Walk straight ahead along the country lane and you will arrive directly at the Roxy Markt.
Duration: 2 minutes by car, 30 minutes on foot.
In the building there is also a bakery, a pharmacy, a hairdressing salon, a post office and an ATM for withdrawing CHF and Euro cash.
Migros and Denner in Triesen Drive to the main road and turn right towards Triesen. Follow the main road into the village. In the center of the village you will see the building on the right-hand side.
Walk towards the main road. Turn right at the first junction with signposts. Walk parallel to the main road on a pedestrian and cycle path straight ahead to the supermarket.
Duration: 5 minutes by car, 35 minutes on foot.
The building also houses a restaurant with an outdoor terrace, a pharmacy, a post office and an ATM for withdrawing cash in CHF and euros.
The nearest larger DIY stores and sports shops with camping equipment are located in Mels (CH), about 20 minutes by car from the campsite.
Smoking ban
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rental properties, the sanitary facilities, the swimming pool, the shop and at reception. Please dispose of your cigarettes properly and never simply throw them on the ground.
Cleaning of sanitary facilities
The sanitary facilities remain closed during the cleaning period. This takes place between 11.30 am and 3.00 pm. The cleaning times are posted on site.
Shop
The camping shop sells everyday products, drinks, snacks, ice cream, breakfast supplies and hot drinks. There is also a small selection of useful camping accessories.
The shop is open daily from April to October. The opening hours are the same as the reception opening hours.
Tourist Office
The Tourist Office is located in the center of the pedestrian zone in Vaduz. Here you can obtain information about all tourist leisure activities.

If you are staying in Liechtenstein for longer than two days, we recommend purchasing the Liechtenstein Adventure Pass. This is a great product that gives you numerous discounts on activities, allows you to discover various sights and use public buses free of charge.
Visitors
Visitors must register and pay at reception before entering the site.
A day visit ticket costs from CHF 4.00 from the age of 3 years.

Underage visitors
Young people up to the age of 17 may camp with us with the consent of a parent.
Waste (rubbish)
You can only dispose of waste on site in the red bags provided. You will be given the red bag at reception when you check in. Only everyday household waste that fits into the red bag may be disposed of. The red sack must be sealed with the provided ties before it is thrown in. It can then be disposed of in the chute provided opposite reception. Disused barbecues, tents, furniture and similar items cannot be disposed of at the campsite (not even for a fee). During the summer season there are also glass, PET and aluminum containers for waste separation on the site.
Walk
Numerous hiking and walking trails lead right past the campsite. The best place to start is by the swimming pool, as there is a small gate directly to the right that leads to the hiking trail above the campsite. Follow the footpath to the left into the forest. You will come to a crossroads with a signpost with numerous routes. The yellow signposts are hiking trails, the smaller colorful signposts are walks through Triesen and Balzers. As the colored paths are circular routes, you will also return safely to the campsite. Please keep your dog on a lead, leashes are compulsory in Liechtenstein.
Washing machines and dryers
There are washing machines and tumble dryers in both sanitary blocks which can be used for a fee. You will have to pay 3 Swiss francs in coins per hour of washing or drying. The machines' cash machines do not give change.
WIFI
The WIFI only works around the reception. In the lower area of the campsite there is seating and a lounge which may be used. Network: Camping Password: Camping9495!
Year-round operation
Our campsite is open all year round. The campsite is only closed during the last week of December and the first week of January (over Christmas and New Year). From November to March the campsite is open in winter with reduced services. You can find more information on this under the document Winter camping. The regular camping season lasts from April to October, the high season starts from the 2nd week of June until the 1st week of September. The remaining weeks belong to the low season.
Guest house
Breakfast and times
Bread for breakfast can be reserved at reception the evening before until 6:00 p.m. This can be picked up the next day from 8:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Coffee is also available directly at the reception. If you would like a complete breakfast, you can order a breakfast basket the evening before by 6:00 p.m.
Check out
The room must be vacated by 10:00 a.m.
Community guest house
As the name suggests, this is a shared accommodation. This means the kitchen and bathroom are shared with another room.
Drinking water
The water on the entire site and in the rental properties is suitable for drinking.
Pets
Pets are not allowed for hygiene reasons.
Parking spaces
are located 50m away from the reception. You drive past the reception and they are on the left after the large wooden building. There are four terraces with parking spaces.
Sanitary facilities
Opposite the guest house, on the reception side, is one of the campsite's sanitary facilities. There are showers, toilets, washing machines, dryers and a washing area for dishes. The sanitary facilities may be used by guests of the guest house at any time.
Self-Check in
If you arrive later than the normal check in time, there is the option for a self-check in upon request. This must be communicated 24 hours before arrival so that you can receive the code for the key safe. Out of consideration for other guests, arrivals are not permitted after 10 p.m.
Snack vending machine
There is a snack and drinks vending machine in the sanitary facility. This only accepts Swiss francs.
Swimming pool included in the price
Use of the outdoor swimming pool and children's pool on the campsite is included in the price.
Smoking ban
There is an absolute ban on smoking throughout the guest house.
Night rest
Out of respect for other guests, we ask you to avoid making noise after 10 p.m.
Valuables
All items must be left in the room. The hallway, kitchen and bathroom are not places to store valuables.
Washing up
The dishes must be washed and put back in the cupboards provided.
Bath towels There is one bath towel per person in the room. To dry the wet bath towels, you will find a drying rack in every room. Bread service in high season (June - September) you can order fresh bread at reception the evening before until 6 p.m. for the next morning. Visitors must be registered and paid for at reception. Terry towels are in the bathroom. To dry the wet bath towels, you will find a drying rack in every room.

Waste disposal
The waste must be disposed of yourself. There is a disposal station opposite the reception for this purpose. You can throw the red bag into the shaft and in the summer season it has two containers for separation. Everything that you don't have to separate goes into the red bag. There are new bags in each accommodation. If you need more, you can pick up new bags at reception.
Bungalow
Cook
When cooking with the gas fire in the bungalow, you must leave a window open. The gas bottle and the rechaud can also be used on the terrace or outside. We recommend using the rechaud in the covered outdoor area.
Cleaning
The bungalow must be kept clean and must be cleaned during your stay.
Electricity
The power fuse in the bungalow is 6 Amp. This means that no devices with over 1000 kWH can be used. Otherwise the fuse will fall out for protection. You will find the fuse box on the outside wall of the bungalow.

Fresh water
The fresh water and used water tanks under the sink must be emptied and refilled daily during your stay. Fresh water can be obtained from every well throughout the camping area. The water is drinking water and is of very good quality.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Smoke engaged
There is an absolute ban on smoking.
Wash the dishes
We recommend that you wash dishes, pans and other cooking utensils (especially greasy and heavily soiled ones) in the sanitary building. There is a small tub available for you to transport the cooking utensils to the sanitary facility.
