The health of our guests and our staff is very important to us. For this reason, it is compulsory to wear a mask in all common areas indoor on the camping site and to follow the hygiene measures. Furthermore, the following rules apply to all guests, visitors and staff:
It is compulsory to keep a distance of 1.5 metres from other persons.
Washing hands regularly with soap is imperative.
Handshaking and greeting kisses are to be avoided.
People must sneeze or cough into the crook of their arm or into a handkerchief.
A mask must be worn inside and also if the minimum distance of 1.5 metres cannot be maintained.
Hands must be thoroughly washed / disinfected on entering and leaving the facility.
A washbasin must be kept free between two persons.
Only one person at a time is allowed in the area for emptying the camping toilet.
Visitors of guests must be registered in advance.
Masks must be worn indoor as well wherever the distance to other persons is less than 1.5 metres. The exception is children up to 12 years of age. They are exempt from the obligation to wear masks.
Risk patients should not be in the sanitary facilities or other communal areas on the camping site at peak times.
As a general rule, all guests are advised to do their morning and evening toilet in their bungalow/caravan.
