Reception
Low season (April, May, September, October)
8.00 - 10.00 a.m.
4.00 - 6.00 p.m.
The opening hours are adapted to the number of guests. In this case the opening hours are posted at the reception desk.
High season (June, July, August)
8.00 - 11.30 a.m. (during the summer school holidays until 12 noon)
2.00 - 6.00 p.m. (during the summer school holidays until 7.00 p.m.)
Winter season (November - March)
The reception remains closed.

Arrival and departure times
Arrival and entry to the campsite are permitted from 2.00 to 10.00 p.m.
Departure from the pitch must take place by 11.30 a.m.
The rental accommodation can be occupied from 3.00 p.m to 6.00 p.m.
The rented accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 a.m.
Barrier / access
The barrier remains closed from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No entry or exit ist possible during this time.
The campsite is under video surveillance.
Obtaining pitches
Reserved pitches are signposted at reception. If you arrive at a time when reception is not staffed, you may drive to your allocated pitch yourself (from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.). Please register at reception during the designated opening hours.
On arrival, guests can choose one of the designated free pitches (displayed at reception) in their category without making a reservation and move into the pitch themselves. However, an online reservation at https://www.campingtriesen.li/buchung/ is mandatory before using the pitch. Please register at reception during the designated opening hours.
Electricity is available at every pitch (Attention - Swiss electricity adapter required. The CEE adapters do not work with our sockets).
Payment
Once the reservation has been made (online, by e-mail or by telephone), the guest will be sent the reservation confirmation with the possible payment options (bank transfer Euro or CHF account and credit card payment) attached. A 100% deposit is required for a binding booking.
For spontaneous bookings made up to 4 days before the date of arrival, a payment link (for payment by credit or debit card) will be sent to the guest by e-mail. If the pitch is not paid for, it can be passed on on request. In this case, the booking will be cancelled and the guest will receive a cancellation email. The guest is not entitled to the reserved space without prepayment.
A guest who arrives after 6 p.m. without having made a reservation in advance must pay the bill for the pitch at reception the following morning between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. The barrier is automatically closed at 10 p.m. and only reopened for exit from 8 am after payment has been made.
