Occupation of pitches

In winter, only the paved pitches numbered 53 to 59 may be occupied. The terraces and meadow pitches are closed in winter.

On arrival, guests with or without a reservation can choose one of the pitches 53 to 59 and occupy the pitch themselves. Electricity is available at each pitch (please note - Swiss electricity adapter required!).

Payment

Payment can be made at reception in cash (CHF or Euro at the daily exchange rate), with all major credit and debit cards and bank cards.

There are currently no online payment options outside reception opening hours. If a guest arrives late in the evening and has to leave early in the morning, they can pay in cash or by bank transfer. Detailed instructions are available at reception.

Important notes

Electricity at the pitches

Please note that we have Swiss power sockets on the campsite (no CEE plugs that fit into our sockets). This means that you will need a Swiss power adapter for the Euro or CEE plug in order to be able to plug in. The power protection per pitch is 6 amps. An adapter cannot be hired during the winter season. You must bring your own suitable adapter.

A 6 amp. Fuse protection is not high. This means that you cannot heat your mobile home exclusively with an electric heater.

Winter operation with limited services

We offer limited services from November to March. Filling fresh water, emptying grey water and emptying chemical toilets are only possible for overnight guests at any time. A small sanitary facility with showers, toilets, washing-up area, washing machines, dryers, hot drinks and snack/drink vending machines is open 24 hours a day. The heated lounge may be used on request.
